Background

One of the largest online retailers in the UK wanted to investigate and understand what prepaid card products it could offer, and the best route to deliver these products.

Through a series of workshops, Polymath Consulting outlined what Prepaid Cards were and the different types of products both from a feasibility and availability point of view. Polymath also outlined the development of a core business case. We conducted further workshops to get buy in from stakeholders and then ran a full Closed Loop Prepaid Card RFP for the client. Polymath Consulting's costs were only 60% of that budgeted and the card products developed have since been rolled out to further products within the group.
